My New Free Books
Thanks to PaperBackSwap I have 4 new books and room to put them on my bookshelf because I got rid of 4 books I didn’t want. And it turns out textbooks are in high demand. I got rid of 10 old school textbooks that we’ve been trying to sell for several semesters in a row with no luck. You know what that means? I have 10 credits to order 10 news books! Wahoo! My new books so far: 1. A Wrinkle in Time, one of my favorite children’s books by Medeleine L’Engle. 2. A Wind in the Door, book two in the Wrinkle in Time series. 3. Mirror Mirror, a retelling of Snow White by Gregory Magquire. 4. Confessions of an Ugly Stepsister, a retelling of Cinderella by Gregory Maguire. Gregory Maguire also write Wicked, the retelling of The Wizard of Oz. It’s about the wicked witch of the west. It’s not at all what I was expecting, and I don’t recommend it to anyone. Hopefully his other books will be different. If not, well I can just send them right back through the PaperBackSwap system and trade them for something better.

I know I read a Wrinkle in Time once… and I know I enjoyed it… but I don’t remember a thing. How sad is that?
